Job Summary

职位目标

依据公司及零售渠道的销售策略协助销售运营高级经理完善渠道内的各项业务操作流程完成年度销售目标 在完成既定工作的情况下协助处理各项突发事件

主要工作职责:

1. 带领团队协调区域销售与经销商网团队与supply chain团队的供应收集汇总洞察校准按月rolling sales forecast 与CMF并推动区域销售实现销售目标

2. Daily Weekly Monthly 销量跟进并推动 跟进年度销售折扣协议及服务协议的签署金额以及后续签署工作以确保来年与零售客户的协议签署确保业务活动的顺利开展

3. 推进销售折扣费用的计算核销进度并定期与CE团队本渠道后台团队保持顺畅的沟通协同处理因数据存疑/数据复核过程中产生的各类突发紧急事件以加快核销时间

4. 推进服务费用的核销进度与核销的合规化并定期与G2N团队保持沟通监督并推进区域各级客户符合要求的核销支持材料如符合要求的各类陈列照片活动截屏培训材料及总结报告等

5. 推进首营资料及时收集及时与TMK沟通更新产品资料过期情况督促资料在鲁班系统上的上架以方便销售及时查阅和使用 协助推进各类涉及零售渠道的项目跟进工作及时处理相关问题

6. 与职能部门如商业财务CETMK合规法务部门的通力合作协助推进在各个区域的生意有效运转与执行优化相关流程帮助直接零售团队完成公司既定的各项业务方案
