PANP Family Medicine Kentwood, MI

Kentwood Family Medicine is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to join their busy practice. The highly diverse patient population is well cared for by a team of providers. As a member of the care team you will join Family Medicine Physicians Advanced Practice Providers RN Care Managers LMSW Social Workers Pharmacy and a team of highly functioning support staff. 2 years of experience in Primary Care preferred.

To provide the best patient care the office is open extended hours providing a flexible schedule. Lab Physical Therapy and imaging are conveniently located within the building.

Qualifications:

Nurse Practitioner:

• Required Masters Degree Nurse Practitioners who obtained their education and certification after 2000 must show evidence of completion of a masters post-masters or doctorate from a Nurse Practitioner program that is accredited by the Commission on the Collegiate of Nursing Education or the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission

• 3 years of relevant experience current relevant clinical experience

• Previous experience functioning in a collaborative role as a Nurse Practitioner

• LIC-Nurse Practitioner (NP) - State of Michigan

• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS)

• CRT-Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)

• CRT-Pediatric Adv Life Support (PALS)

Physician Assistant:

• Required Masters Degree Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant educational program

• LIC-Physician Assistant - State of Michigan

• CRT-Physician Asst Certified (PA-C) - NCCPA National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants

• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS)

• CRT-Pediatric Adv Life Support (PALS)

• CRT-Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
