What Youll Do

Were looking for Enforcement Trailer Operator (ETO) who lives on the Gold Coast to join our deployment team dispersed across Australia. ETOs are the most visible members of the Acusensus team to the motoring public and their understanding of the human cost of driving while distracted or with excess speed makes them credible advocates. Youll be responsible for the safe movement and deployment of our Road Safety Enforcement Trailers. This is a casual position reporting to the ETO Lead with approximately two days of work per week (15 20 Hours) dependent on the deployment location. The successful applicant will be provided with access to work vehicle to tow the trailers or can elect to use their own suitable vehicle (less than 5 years old and 5 star ANCAP rating) and claim the kilometres. The position includes a significant amount of driving per week working near moving traffic and in all weather conditions.

What Were Looking For

Ability to confidently and safely tow and reverse a 2000 kg trailer
General mechanical awareness in order to provide cleaning minor maintenance or identify the need for the trailer to go to the Brisbane workshop for servicing.
Ability to operate within a flexible and ever-changing work environment
Ability to confidently use electronic applications on various electronic devices such as an iPad or similar.
Ability to conduct risk assessments manage risk and make decisions regarding the safety of themselves the community and the equipment
Enthusiasm energy and a positive approach towards their work
