Synergie Australia is seeking experienced Warehouse Operatorsfor our valued client whospecialisein the manufacture of fixed plant processing equipmentfor the Mining sector.

These positions require a solid understanding of end-to-end warehouse operations including dispatch receipting of goods bill of material (BOM) picking cycle counting and loading bay activities.

Whats on offer

  • Pay rate:- $49ph
  • Shifts: Monday to Thursday06:00 - 2:30 with Friday 06:00 - 12:00.
  • Position locations:Henderson orWelshpool
  • Full time opportunities after successful probation period.

Reporting to the Workshop & Warehouse Manager your key responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately picking and packing sales orders

  • Receiving checking and putting away incoming goods

  • Picking and issuing job materials as required

  • Maintaining a safe and organised work environment including correct storage of hazardous goods and high housekeeping standards

  • Identifying and reporting stock discrepancies to the Inventory Controller

  • Providing regular updates to the Warehouse Supervisor on warehouse operations

  • Assisting with the loading and unloading of deliveries

  • Actively participating in 5S initiatives and continuous improvement activities

  • Identifying and recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency

  • Managing priorities autonomously with sound judgement and decision-making

What Were Looking For

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • A current forklift licence

  • Strong teamwork and cross-departmental collaboration skills

  • Experience with stock control and inventory processes

  • Proven warehouse and inventory management experience

  • Basic ERP system knowledge (Epicor experience highly regarded)

  • Clear verbal and written communication skills

  • A strong focus on quality

  • The ability to manage multiple priorities with initiative and a proactive approach
