Responsibilities

Accounting & Compliance

Manage bookkeeping and ensure accurate daily financial records.
Handle AR/AP payroll entries and reconciliations.
Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports (P&L Balance Sheet Cash Flow).
Ensure compliance with MFRS/IFRS and local tax regulations.
Support audit preparation and coordinate with auditors.
Preparing and managing daily monthly and annual financial reports for projects as required

Finance & Strategy

Develop and monitor budgets forecasts and financial KPIs.
Analyze variances and provide insights to management.
Manage cash flow working capital and liquidity.
Oversee treasury operations: banking payments FX management.
Handling payment processes and ensuring timely disbursements
Creating and managing invoices (daily monthly annually)

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field (CPA preferred for manager-level).
37 years of experience in finance & accounting roles (for mid-level).
Strong knowledge of MFRS/IFRS and tax compliance.
Skilled in financial reporting budgeting and cash flow management.
Proficiency with accounting systems (e.g. Accurate SAP Oracle Xero Jurnal or similar).
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Detail-oriented trustworthy and able to work independently.
