Job Summary

Are you a forward-thinking Design & Technology Teacher ready to inspire creativity and innovation An Ofsted Outstanding secondary school in Bedford is looking for a DT Teacher to join their department this January on a full-time permanent basis.

You will deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4 developing students practical and technical skills. The role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative team environment with access to modern workshops and tools.

School Information:
This Outstanding school is known for its exceptional facilities and culture of innovation. The DT department has recently undergone refurbishment and is equipped with the latest CAD/CAM technology. The school encourages staff development and provides strong pastoral and academic support.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • DT Teacher to Key Stage 3/4 (KS5 desirable)

  • QTS or PGCE

  • Degree in DT Product Design or Engineering

Salary: Paid on MPS/UPS depending on experience.
