About the Role
Quality Coordinator will support the overall Quality and Process Management in Viking Travel Care. This is an coordinator role where you will help execute tasks and projects related to quality assurance training and communication. Your contribution will ensure smooth travel assistance alarm center operations and high standards across our processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Gathering overviewing and evaluating feedback including customer complaints and deviations for continuous improvement
- Creating maintaining and updating common SharePoint sites and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Observing and documenting telephone call quality and queue performance
- Assisting with scorecards performance evaluations and case management templates
- Organizing training programs including Train-the-Trainer sessions onboarding and upskilling initiatives as well as buddy programs e-learning modules and expat training materials
- Preparing materials for team meetings updates and information sharing
What Were Looking for
- Strong analytical and administrative skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow established processes
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Familiarity with tools like SharePoint Power BI and Genesys Cloud is a plus
- Experience in quality assurance or customer service support is an advantage
- Fluent in English and one or more of the Nordic languages
