Job Summary

Role: Product Owner

Required Skills:

Understanding of Point-of-Sale Terminal domain.
Conductgap and impact analysisbetween current POS functionalities and evolving business needs.

Analyze and recommend enhancements to POS features like sales transactions returns inventory promotions loyalty programs receipts cashier workflows etc.
Knowledge of POS terminals likemulti-store operations offline mode hardware integrations (scanners printers payment devices) and omnichannel use cases.
Strong understanding of retail workflows including inventory split orders promotions pricing loyalty returns and end-of-day reconciliation.
Serve as the primary liaison between business users product management and technology teams.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with cloud-based POS Systems
Experience with Quick service restaurants
