Job Summary

Re4vive turns minor-defective textile returns into profitable sustainable solutions for e-commerce logistics and retail. We cut waste boost revenue and help clients stay ahead of EU sustainability goals because every product deserves a second life.

Were currently seeking a B2B Sales Intern to join our growing team in this role youll work directly with the Founder & CEO and the leadership team to support B2B sales strategy client acquisition and relationship management. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape business growth in a purpose-driven entrepreneurial environment.

Tasks

As the B2B Sales Intern you will:

  • Support lead generation and client outreach including CRM data maintenance.
  • Help prepare pitch decks client proposals and meeting presentations.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Manage inbound client inquiries and assist with sales analytics and reporting.
  • Participate in business development meetings and support strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in day-to-day operations to ensure smooth execution of client activities.
  • Travel occasionally with the team within Germany and the EU.

Requirements

Youre a great fit if youre:

  • A proactive detail-oriented self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Management Marketing Sustainability or a related field.
  • Proficient in German (minimum C1 level) and English essential for professional communication with clients and partners.
  • Prior experience or internship in B2B sales client relationship management business development or account management is highly desirable (experience in a startup is a plus).
  • Passionate about sustainability and circular business models eager to contribute to a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to actively support both business development and daily operations.
  • Ready to relocate to Heidelberg and work onsite as part of a collaborative and dynamic team.
