Travel Requirements: 40 % travel within territory
Hunt for new businessgenerate leads pursue prospects and build long-term client partnerships
Set ambitious sales targets analyze performance data and forecast growth to contribute to company-wide goals
Represent the company with confidence and expertise in Poland showcasing a deep understanding of our products and services
Actively research market trends and customer needs to uncover new opportunities and position our solutions effectively
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow our customer base and strengthen our market presence
Engage with potential clients to understand their challenges and deliver customized value-driven solutions
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and company quotas through relentless focus and execution
Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes related to sales and client accounts
Requirements
Requirements
Bachelors or masters degree in a relevant field
At least 5 years of experience in Sales or Account Management
Proven track record in FMCG (non-food) sales
A true sales hunter with a proven track record in business development or market expansion
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for performance.
Excellent communicator and negotiator
Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel and a service-driven mindset
Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
CRM experience preferred
Fluent in Polish and English
