Job Summary
Job Summary: Sr Capability Manager
- Position Title: Sr Capability Manager
- Work Location: Telecommute (Remote)
- Work Hours: Flexible; depends on timezone
- Project/Initiative:
- Develop and implement a system to support Home and Community users collaborating with members in care management programs
- Team Structure:
- Team of 20 Capability Managers all on the business side
- Team is responsible for driving requirements project management and go-lives with technology partners
- Skill Sets on Team:
- All team members are Capability Managers (no breakdown by PMs developers etc.; all are business-focused)
- Top Responsibilities:
1. Gather define and document business requirements for system development
2. Collaborate with technology partners to ensure successful project execution
3. Manage and support the launch of new software solutions
4. Lead go-live processes for new system implementations
5. Coordinate with internal stakeholders in care management and home/community user groups
6. Ensure systems meet the needs of care management programs
7. Oversee project milestones timelines and deliverables
8. Identify and resolve issues or roadblocks during project phases
9. Provide post-launch support and enhancements as needed
10. Communicate project status and updates to leadership and stakeholders
- Ideal Candidate Background:
- Experience in healthcare industry especially with care management
- Clinical experience is a plus
- Proven experience with software launches and writing business/technical requirements
- Background Check/Drug Screen: Not required
