Kforce has a client in need of an ERP Program Manager in Wilmington MA.

Responsibilities:

* Lead the ERP transformation program ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines

* Manage multiple concurrent projects

* Serve as the primary liaison ensuring accountability and transparency

* Maintain continuity of operations while driving transformation

* Ensure service-oriented architecture principles are followed across systems

* Provide hands-on program management including detailed planning risk mitigation and stakeholder communication

* Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization including executive leadership and operational teams

* Hold vendors accountable for delivery quality and scope

REQUIRED SKILLS	* Experience in program/project management with a focus on Oracle and ERP implementations * Proven track record managing large-scale ERP programs * Experience managing multi-year programs * Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external vendors/consultants * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills * Ability to challenge and guide consulting partners to ensure value delivery Needs someone with oracle implementation experience Recent ERP experience This person will manage day to day tasks as well as plan future tasks Will be identifying gaps
