Job Title: Global Gaming Agent
Location: Miami FL (hybrid)

Job Summary:
The Global Gaming Agent ensures that guest requests questions and concerns are addressed efficiently before and after their voyage. This role is responsible for making informed comping decisions according to company guidelines and providing key information to relevant teams. The agent also supports casino events and serves as a primary point of contact to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the shore-side equivalent to a shipboard Casino Host developing strong relationships with guests through inbound and outbound communication.
- Handle guest inquiries requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Make comping decisions based on guest activity and company guidelines.
- Collaborate with reservations and casino teams to provide guest information and support.
- Assist in the planning and execution of casino events ensuring all elements of the experience are delivered effectively.
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of information.
- Provide tactical support to stakeholders for group and special events.
- Identify opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Uphold all company policies procedures and standards in guest service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and able to make sound decisions independently.
- Comfortable with both verbal and written communication.
- Previous experience in hospitality gaming or guest services preferred.
- Comfortable working in a temporary role.
- Ability to work hybrid in Miami.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $22.00/hour paid weekly on Fridays.
