Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:

Review and process bankruptcy filings (Chapters 7 & 13) for mortgage loans.

Identify and classify pre-petition and post-petition transactions accurately.

Prepare and file Proof of Claims (POC) and handle Motions for Relief (MFR) Payment Change Notices (PCN) and Trustee payments.

Review and reconcile bankruptcy invoices ensuring correct cash vs. fee application.

Maintain and update all bankruptcy-related documents and ensure timely claim submissions.

Graduate in Commerce Finance Accounting or related field.
-
Prior experience in US mortgage servicing or bankruptcy/foreclosure processes preferred.
