Job Summary
Description:
Responsibilities
Support workshop operations with Direction given from Shop Supervisor.
Duties to include Forklift movements & material handling as required.
Packing & Preservation of product for long term storage & completed goods prior to shipping to end user.
Support Workshop with cleaning & basic inspection of product tooling & equipment.
Training to be provided.
Maintain & preserve in-house tooling.
Update tracking system as required.
Ability to read & interpret written instructions from job routings.
Ability to read & interpret drawings & Bill of Materials.
Knowledge of plant lay out including location of finished products and raw materials.
Knowledge of paperwork flow for shipping and receiving documents.
Plant safety policies and procedures.
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
Skillset required:
Forklift B1 / B2 / B3 - mandatory
Overhead Gantry crane & slinging & lifting.
Abrasive Wheels
Manual Handling
IT skills Experience with Microsoft 365 / One Drive / Outlook / word.
Previous experience with Surface Wellhead Equipment advantageous but not essential.
Good Team player & timekeeper.
Qualifications High School Diploma or relevant industry experience.
Payrate
Hourly rate - 15 per hour
Overtime rates: - x 1.5 paid after 7.5 hours Monday Thursday. X 2 paid at weekends
Medical check required.
Working Hours: 7.5 per day/37.5 per week
