About this Position:

Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities:

Develop project plans using Waterfall & Agile.
Define scope goals timelines and deliverables.
Coordinate resources internal and third-party.
Use departmental tools for management tracking reporting.
Lead project teams coach junior managers ensure service delivery.
Facilitate communication across teams.
Manage change and resolve conflicts.
Maintain clear roles and responsibilities.
Build stakeholder relationships and communicate project status.
Manage risks issues and project progress.
Develop and monitor budgets and allocate resources.
Lead transformation and organizational change.
Support process improvement and industry trend awareness.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED and nine years of experience managing multiple IT and business projects
Associate degree counts as two years of experience.
Bachelors degree or higher counts as four years of experience.
Two or more years in a lead role collaborating across multiple divisions and organizational levels.
PMP or PgMP Certification.
CSM or SAFe Certification.
2 years experience with MS Project.
1 years experience with Azure DevOps.
1 years experience with Jira.
1 years experience with GitHub.

Desired Qualifications:

Certifications: CompTIA Security Cisco (CCNP) Palo Alto Networks (PCNSE) or CISSP Azure Fundamentals AZ-900.

Skills:

Experience with PPM tools.
Cybersecurity (CISSP CISM).
Networking (CCNA CCNP).
Infrastructure (ITIL Cloud certifications such as Azure AWS).
