Job Summary

Role Overview:
Expert in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning responsible for building advanced planning data models calculations allocations and supporting labor planning transformation.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop SAC planning models for labor cost headcount and compensation.
Build complex calculations allocations and simulation scenarios (e.g. inflation merit increases).
Integrate data from multiple sources (SuccessFactors HR Portal Excel etc.).
Enable flexible user input grouping and custom reporting layouts.
Support process improvements and adoption of SAC best practices.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Ensure security access control and data refresh capabilities.

Required Skills & Experience:

5 years in SAC Planning with proven track record of successful implementations.
Expertise in building planning data models calculations and allocations.
Experience with integration of HR and financial data sources.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with SAC security access control and reporting features.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
