Title: HubSpot Marketing Specialist/Manager
Location: Houston TX
Job Type: Contract
Customer Interview mode: In person at Houston office
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM for lead generation nurturing and conversion tracking
- Create and execute inbound marketing campaigns using HubSpots marketing automation tools
- Design and implement email marketing workflows drip campaigns and lead scoring models
- Develop landing pages forms and CTAs using HubSpots content management system
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics ROI and campaign effectiveness
- Manage social media integration and social publishing through HubSpot
- Create and optimize SEO content strategy using HubSpots SEO tools
- Set up and maintain marketing attribution reporting and dashboard creation
Required Skills:
- 3-5 years experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub (certification preferred)
- Strong understanding of inbound marketing methodology
- Proficiency in marketing automation lead nurturing and segmentation
- Experience with A/B testing conversion optimization and analytics
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization
- Familiarity with integrations (Salesforce Google Analytics social platforms)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
Preferred Qualifications:
- HubSpot Marketing Software Certification
- Experience with content marketing and blogging
- Knowledge of buyer persona development and customer journey mapping
