Job Summary
This fast-growing established business with a strong sector presence is looking for a dynamic Financial Manager to join its finance leadership team and elevate the quality of group reporting and governance.
This exciting role is ideal for a technically strong CA(SA) with deep expertise in external reporting within a listed environment. The successful incumbent will oversee the groups financial and integrated reporting processes ensuring compliance with IFRS the Companies Act and JSE listings requirements. You will lead a skilled technical accounting team collaborate with senior executives and drive excellence in financial reporting governance and sustainability disclosure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation and review of annual and interim financial statements in line with IFRS and JSE requirements
- Lead the integrated and sustainability reporting process
- Manage external audits and liaise with Auditors and Advisors
- Prepare and review technical accounting position papers and monitor IFRS developments
- Present technical accounting matters to the Audit Committee Board and other senior stakeholders
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant CA(SA)
- Minimum 5 years post-articles experience within a JSE listed environment
- Strong technical expertise in IFRS Companies Act and JSE listings requirements
- Proven track record in integrated and sustainability reporting
- Excellent leadership stakeholder management and communication skills
