Global Seeds E2E FP&A Lead (fixed term contract for 9 months)

To support this mission Syngentas Finance Team Seeds Business is seeking a Global Seeds E2E FP&A Lead in Montevideo.

Accountabilities

• Owning/managing budgeting processes and performance reporting for Region Other for Global Syngenta Seeds including Budget 5 years Business Performance Review (BPR) and Los.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to support the overall Global Seeds financial planning process for Budget 5 years and 15yr activities.
• Act as an ambassador for Global Seeds finance to maintain effective relationships to drive transparent communication with both regional and global teams.
• Providing financial analysis and insights to ensure all business decisions are supported by robust timely information and are taken with a full understanding of the financial impact and potential risks as well as possible scenarios.

Qualifications :

Required  

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field.
• English advance (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of Financial Statements (P&L Balance Sheet and Cash Flow) and general Accounting principles.
• 6-9 years experience within Finance/Accounting business partnering role.
• Experience includes business partnering and managing core FP&A responsibilities.
• Comfortable with utilizing Financial IT Systems (SAC Anaplan SAP)
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Strong communication & stakeholders management skills.

Desired 

• Proven experience effectively collaborating with different business functions.
• Proven experience leveraging companys financial systems to drive efficiency.
• Global experience preferred.
