Description
We are seeking a talented and innovative UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore Karnataka. As a UX/UI Designer you will be responsible for creating user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing interfaces for our clients in the IT service sector. Your role will involve working closely with product managers developers and stakeholders to design intuitive and engaging user experiences that meet our clients needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for creating seamless digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to promote consistency across projects.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver stunning user experiences that align with business goals.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in UX/UI design.
- Proficient in design tools such as Sketch Adobe XD Figma or similar.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work and a clear process.
- Excellent understanding of user experience principles and best practices.
- Good grasp of front-end development technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript) is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A degree is not mandatory but relevant experience and design thinking are crucial.
