The Talent Development Expert will design implement and manage programs and strategies to develop and retain top talent across the organization. This role focuses on enhancing employee capabilities leadership development career progression and succession planning to drive business performance and employee engagement.
Design and implement end-to-end talent development strategies aligned with business goals.
Lead initiatives in leadership development high-potential programs and employee career pathing.
Partner with business leaders and People Consultants to identify skills gaps and learning needs.
Create and manage learning and development programs (e.g. workshops coaching mentoring).
Facilitate performance management and succession planning processes.
Leverage data to evaluate program effectiveness ROI and continuous improvement.
Manage vendor relationships and select external learning providers as needed.
Promote a culture of learning feedback and continuous development across the organization.
Ensure alignment with DEI principles and inclusive talent practices.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Organizational Development Psychology or related field.
5 years of experience in talent development organizational development or L&D roles.
Demonstrated success in designing and implementing talent development strategies.
Experience with performance management leadership programs and coaching initiatives.
Strong project management facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proficiency with talent management systems LMS platforms and data analysis tools.
Certification in coaching instructional design or psychometric assessments is a plus.
