Job Summary

Within NXP Trust Provisioning we are looking for a Working Student to support our DevOps activities for 1520 hours per week.

Security is mandatory for an increasing number of products in Mobile Connectivity Payment IoT Automotive Smart Home (e.g. voice recognition) Transportation (e.g. public transport) Smart Cities (e.g. smart energy) and other areas. You will be part of the Trust Provisioning Operations team in Hamburg providing Product Customization and Service Operations to a wide variety of internal and external customers.

For each new security product or derivative the Product Customization process is used. Requests must be collected via predefined templates and processed through workflows.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting DevOps activities such as testing and deploying new applications
Automating processes wherever possible

Your Profile:

Enrolled in a technical subject at university
Some experience in DevOps activities
Knowledge of CI/CD Kubernetes Jenkins Bitbucket and other repositories is appreciated
Basic scripting skills (Python Perl Bash JavaScript PowerShell C Java) are an advantage
Coding experience with YAML and/or Drools would be great
Experience with collaboration tools such as Confluence and Jira is a plus
Structured and reliable working style
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Willingness for a longer cooperation
Availability at least 2 days per week
