Job Summary
Primary responsibility for instructor-led and virtual instructor-led delivery and maintenance of Digital/technical training programs for new hire staff. Work closely with the department to identify training needs develop training materials and deliver training to healthcare employees at all levels.Qualifications
Education
Bachelors Degree in Adult & Continuing Education or Computer Science preferred. Equivalent experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree
Experience
Experience in adult education and/or curriculum design 2-3 years required
Epic training experience preferred
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Demonstrated ability to learn new application software and systems.
Strong organization planning presentation and facilitation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical staff.
Ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and other popular office productivity solutions.

1-5 days at one of 5 sites. Generally trainers are on site training 2-3 days a week.
