About the role
An exciting career opportunity has arisen to work within the Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) team offering community-based mental health assessments and therapeutic interventions to children and families. This pioneering service is designed to place children and young people (CYP) affected by domestic abuse at the heart of our response with a clear visionto reduce long-term emotional harm and build resilience through early trauma-informed interventions.
We are a strong supportive friendly multidisciplinary department and pride ourselves on our creative and thoughtful work with children and their families. The range of modalities in the team is a real strength. There is scope for joint working to learn from one another and we consider how best the teams skills can be used to the benefit of children and their families.

In addition to the salary quoted this salary attracts a Recruitment and Retention allowance of 10%. Base salary range is therefore 56376 - 61653
