The Coordinator of Foundations and Corporations Partnerships (Coordinator) is responsible for supporting the Foundations and Corporate Partnerships Team through engagement recognition and acknowledgement of MSF Canadas professional foundations and corporate donors. Working with members of the Fundraising team the Coordinator supports with the engagement stewardship and administration of all Corporations and Professional Foundation Donors and Prospects. The Coordinator in conjunction with the Foundations and Corporations team maps and coordinates a comprehensive stewardship program striving to exceed donor expectations and communicate MSFs operations and values effectively.
MSF Canada is looking for someone who will be responsible for:
- Producing stewardship reports and cultivation solicitation and stewardship materials
- Producing donor communication like acknowledgement letters tax receipts operational updates and personalized updates
- Managing relationship and programs with Third Party Aggregators (TPAs) federated giving (CFC) partner and matching gifts vendors
- Administration support to the Corporate Partnership Team through mail sorting coding receipting data transfers gift processing and other administrative support tasks needed

The successful candidate will bring to MSF Canada:
- Experience in performing basic administrative tasks and skills with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in customer/donor services or similar customer-facing role
- Database management skills and fundraising software familiarity
- Fluency in English
- Education or a combination of training and experience in fundraising marketing communications or a related field
