Shipping- Manufacturing Associate **Pay Rate $16.82

JOB TITLE
Shipping Associate

JOB SUMMARY
Shipping and Receiving Associate processes all inbound receivables distributes materials and processes
outbound shipments. A high degree of detail is required. Must be able to work in a fast-paced multi tasked
environment and foster teamwork with effective communication and leadership.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Accurate processing of receivables delivery of material to Production and on time order fulfillment.
Coordinate with Trade Compliance Manager to remain knowledgeable of trade compliance regulations to
ensure legal shipments.
Plan and release scheduled production jobs daily.
Ensure that all inventory is handled organized and stored properly.
Communicate with other Operations teams to keep them informed of discrepancies material availability and
sales order updates.
Coordinate resources and materials with all other Production departments to ensure on time delivery of goods.
Maintain an organized work area for safety and productivity.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Lifting up to 50 lbs
SKILL AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma
Two years of work-related experience along with IATA IMDG and 49CFR training
Can work with numbers accurately and possess good organizational skills.
Computer skills including ERP systems MS Office E-mail and current Windows OS.
WORK SCHEDULE
Hourly Non-Exempt
Monday Friday 7:30am 4:00pm with a 30-minute lunch and two 10-minute breaks.
Overtime including Saturdays as required to meet business demands.
