Job Summary

WHO YOULL WORK WITH
The Global Jordan Digital Marketing team drives the brands digital offenseintegrating media social and owned platforms to connect Jordan to the next generation of Defiant Ones. This role reports to the Senior Director Global Jordan Digital Marketing manages two Lead-level contractors and partners cross-functionally across Global Brand Creative and Geography teams.

Were seeking a strategic detail-oriented media expert with deep fluency in digital social and emerging platforms. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with creative instinct and excels at architecting global frameworks leading partners and translating cultural energy into actionable media strategies. Youre a collaborative leader who thrives in fast-paced matrixed environmentsbalancing long-term brand building with short-term campaign performance.

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education experience and training
  • 10 years of relevant industry experience
  • Extensive experience leading multi-million dollar integrated media strategies across brand and performance marketing
  • Proven success managing global agency relationships and high-visibility campaigns
  • Skilled at navigating complex cross-functional teams balancing creative data and business needs
  • Exceptional communicator with the ability to distill complexity and drive clarity

WHAT YOULL WORK ON
Youll lead the Global Jordan Brands media strategydefining how we show up across every platform partner and moment that moves culture. Youll translate audience insights into integrated plans that amplify campaigns shape partnerships and elevate how Jordan connects with the next generation.

  • Define and implement the Global Jordan Brand media strategy including audience segmentation campaign insights and seasonal frameworks
  • Lead media partnership development and landscape assessments to identify new cultural and platform opportunities
  • Manage media agency scope deliverables and objectives ensuring alignment with annual goals and Global Jordan Digital priorities
  • Build and operationalize the Jordan Media Playbook and tools (Audience Approach Framework Global Media Directive template etc.)
  • Develop and deliver Global Media Directives for key seasonal campaigns collaborating closely with Global and Geo partners
  • Partner with Geos to co-develop and implement seasonal media plans frameworks and best practices that drive consistency and elevate execution across markets
  • Represent media across global planning forums creative reviews and seasonal brand leadership sessions to ensure seamless integration across teams
