Pay: $21$23 per hour (based on experience and credentials)
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
- Lead the toddler classroom ensuring a safe loving and developmentally appropriate environment.
- Implement The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum to foster social emotional and cognitive development.
- Build strong positive relationships with families and communicate daily about each childs progress.
- Collaborate with assistant teachers and center leadership to maintain quality and consistency.
- Comply with Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations and center policies.
- ECE certification (required) in Massachusetts.
- At least 6 months of experience working with toddlers or preschool-age children (1 year preferred).
- Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
