What Youll Do:

The Heloc Loan Processor is responsible for providing support to the lending staff through multiple functions associated with processing the Bank Heloc this role you will work closely with the sales underwriting and closing staff. Primary activities include reviewing the loan file for completeness and accuracy obtaining and reviewing documentation needed for underwriting submitting files to underwriting managing a pipeline and working with all staff to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards and closing deadlines.

Perform a broad variety of loan processing functions from loan application through loan closing
Manage and coordinate documentation requests order due diligence and coordinate with cross-functional partners including Lenders Underwriters and Closers
Ensure all documents/financial/due diligence items are uploaded into our loan system

Qualifications:

Minimum 1-3 years mortgage loan processor preferred
Bachelor degree preferred
Exceptional customer service skills
Knowledge and understanding of various loan documents banking or mortgage processing standards and best practices
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High level of organization and time-management with keen attention to detail and the ability to respond quickly to changes in priorities and tasks
Proficient in MS Office including Excel and Word

Compensation:

The estimated hourly rate for this role is $20.19 - $26.44. Actual pay rate may vary based on several factors such as a candidates qualifications skills and experience.
