Job Summary
Description of the Role:
As a Personal Care Assistant at University Home Care in Whitmore Lake MI you will be responsible for providing quality care and support to individuals in their homes assisting with daily tasks and activities to improve their quality of life. You will be helping them with the care plan.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal hygiene including bathing grooming and dressing
- Support clients with mobility and physical therapy exercises
- Prepare and serve meals based on dietary restrictions
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks
Requirements:
- Two forms of ids
- Own transportation
- Ability to adhere to health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
