Job Description
NetImpact Strategies Inc. is seeking to hire an ID & Account Administrator - Level I to support a Federal Agency.
Government clearance requirements for this role require candidates to maintain a Secret Clearance.
Location: Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC) Bethesda MD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing user accounts and access rights.
- Creates maintains and updates user accounts and access rights and ensures compliance with security policies.
- Monitors system activity for suspicious activity and provides regular updates to management.
- Participate in meetings process improvement initiatives and decision-making activities as assigned.
- Support customer service initiatives and medical readiness activities designed to enhance health services.
- Complete all required orientation competency verification and training programs within specified timelines.
- Maintain accurate daily schedules through approved timekeeping systems.
- Submit workload reports (daily weekly or bi-weekly as required).
- Maintain a clean safe and orderly work environment.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of account-related activities.
- Adhere to department and agency-specific security guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with team members stakeholders and system users.
- Demonstrate accountability and reliability in handling sensitive account access data.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications and Certifications:
- Ability to meet required government clearances: Tier 3 (T3) Investigation.
- Two (2) years of progressive experience demonstrated the required proficiency.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent education and experience.
- IAT II certification per DoD 8570.01-M requirements (CCNA Security CySA GICSP GSEC Security CE CND SSCP).
- CE: Associate (professional preferred) level certificate for supported technology as approved by the COR.
- Preferred Qualifications and Certifications:
- Professional-level certification in access management or IT security (e.g. Microsoft CompTIA or similar).
- Additional IT or cybersecurity-related certifications.
- Experience with account monitoring reporting tools and compliance audits.
- Strong time management organizational and communication skills.
- Previous Federal Consulting Experience.
