The Job:

As a Sr. Category Manager - STANLEY youll be part of our Category Management team working as part of the STANLEY team. Youll get to:

• Collaborate across global teams to develop and implement comprehensive global assortment strategies that align with the companys overall business objectives and brand positioning.
• Coordinate with other category managers to integrate brand strategies into global commercial assortments.
• Partner with commercial teams to manage and optimize assortments effectively.
• Conduct regular research and analysis to identify trends consumer preferences and competitive landscape.
• Transform market intelligence into actionable insights to drive merchandising initiatives and inform go-to-market plans.
• Translate analytics and category/brand strategies into comprehensive global merchandising strategies and plans.
• Support regional teams in the execution and optimization of retail planograms.
• Manage the product lifecycle including margin analysis SKU rationalization and the development of impactful launch plans for new product and assortment introductions.
• Track the success of merchandising efforts and provide performance-based insights to stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of assortment strategies.
• Manage marketing budget allocations to ensure efficient use of resources and alignment with strategic goals.
• Deliver category education to internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of category strategies and initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and functions ensuring alignment with the category strategy across the full product lifecycle and its implementation.
• Stay informed about industry trends and innovations to identify new opportunities for growth and differentiation.

• Bachelors Degree - Business Administration Marketing
• 5 years of experience within the Consumer Products Industry
• Market & Competitor Analysis
• Assortment Planning and Commercial Execution Experience (Essential)
• Being data-driven

The base pay range for this position in Marylandis $75800 - $106100 per year. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. A sign-on payment may be provided as part of the compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits dependent on the position offered.
