Role: Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ 3 PQE)
Location: Kettering

Were looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor
Im working with a highly respected regional law firm with a strong local reputation and a Legal 500-recognised Commercial Property team. Theyre seeking an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join their busy Kettering office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified to mid-level Solicitor looking to build their career within a supportive forward-thinking firm where your voice will be heard and your progression genuinely supported.
Youll handle your own caseload from day one while benefiting from the guidance of experienced Partners and a collaborative cross-county team. The firm invests heavily in professional development and offers a clear path for career advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload including:
- Commercial leases and freehold transactions
- Development and agricultural land
- Acting for SIPPs/SASs corporates and individuals
- Advising on lender requirements option and promotion agreements and overage matters
- Maintain regular client contact and deliver clear practical advice.
- Draft and negotiate legal documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
- Work closely with colleagues across multiple offices contributing to shared team success.
- Engage in business development with marketing support from a dedicated in-house team.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Solicitor (NQ 3 years PQE) with solid knowledge of commercial property law.
- Excellent drafting communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines confidently.
- Collaborative team player with a strong client-care ethic.
- Motivated to grow professionally and contribute to business development.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in a Legal 500-recognised environment.
- Experience working with corporate or agricultural property clients.
- Interest in mentoring or supporting junior colleagues.
