Client Support Associate
Location: Onsite
Pay Range:$25.00 $29.00 per hour
Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 a.m.5:00 p.m. (2 days/week 10:00 a.m.7:00 p.m.; employee may select the later days excluding Mondays).
Type: Full-Time Contract-to-Hire (initial 3-month contract with potential extension or FTE conversion)
Hours per Day: 8
Some weekend or overtime hours may be required based on business needs.
Position Overview
The Client Support Associate will serve as the onsite IT support resource for the facility providing day-to-day technical assistance to internal employees. This includes managing new hire onboarding maintaining onsite printers installing and configuring software and hardware and resolving technical issues across workstations and networks.
Youll act as the face of IT for the location ensuring smooth technology operations while maintaining a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced service-oriented environment.
