For this position the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

At least 3 years of professional experience with WMS Systems (Warehouse Management Systems): implementation maintenance and optimization of functionalities
Knowledge of Databases (SQL) for querying and analyzing WMS data to support logistics optimization
Strong skills in Requirements Management: identifying gathering and translating business needs into clear specifications
Experience with Backlog Management: maintaining and prioritizing features fixes and improvements aligned with business goals
Focus on Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: tracking system performance and implementing efficiency enhancements
Involvement in Testing & Validation phases to ensure full compliance with requirements before go-live
Fluency in English and Portuguese (B2)
Availability for hybrid work (2x week) in Lisbon Portugal
