In this role you will be the owner of the end-to-end fulfillment process for internal customer orders ensuring timely and accurate delivery from initial order validation through final invoicing. Your focus will be to act as the primary internal customer contact proactively coordinating with planning purchasing factories logistics and finance to ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD) and a superior customer experience. You will be instrumental in protecting customer commitments by managing supply risk and driving execution across the supply chain.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

1) Expediting & supply/logistics coordination (retained from current role)

  • Expedite suppliers factories and carriersto protect customer commitments; trigger recovery plans when risk to OTD is detected.
  • Monitor supplier/production progress escalating constraints to materials/planning for reprioritization.
  • Coordinate shipping readiness delivery bookings and proofofdelivery documentation with logistics partners.

2) Intercompany Pricing and Site Contract Management

  • Act as the administrator for the customer contractors and other tools to ensure accuracy correct processing and timely changes and management if intercompany transfer pricing and operations
  • Follow Order Management standards and access controls perSOM/OMpolicies.

3) Data quality systems & reporting

  • Maintain accurate data inSyteline/SAP Order Managementand connected tools ( BI/ERS) including acknowledgements promise dates shipment details and invoices.
  • Run daily/weeklyreports to manage backlog clean order % and sales to drive Growth

For This Role You Will Need:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing procurement or supply chain preferably within a manufacturing or factory environment preferred
  • Proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) systems ( SAP).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Local language. Fluent in English.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities; proactive
  • Details oriented ability to work under time pressure and multi-tasks good judgment skills

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Experience with any ERP or CRM software is an advantage.
  • Cooperative; willingness to interact and work with others; team player
  • Strong attention to detail perfectionist & proactivity.
