The Boeing CompanyBoeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Senior Deputy Program Manager (Level K) to lead our Landing Gear this role the focus will be on the overall business and Profit/Loss (P&L) responsibility for Boeings Landing Gear Exchange service offerings. The selected candidate will drive operational financial improvements employee engagement customer satisfaction and future growth strategy in Plano TX.
Position Responsibilities
Business and P&L leader for the Landing Gear Program: exchange lease and sales
Lead the Integrated Product Team (IPT) that includes direct reports and team members across Sales Marketing Finance Operations Contracts and Supplier Management
Responsible for overall program: customer satisfaction profitability program execution supplier performance and growth
Accountable to Business Unit leadership engage regularly with key functional executive leadership.
Responsible for selective growth and driving profitability for the Landing Gear portfolio of services.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
5 years experience in a role requiring project / program management skills
3 years experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal leadership role
3 years experience P&L (Profit & Loss) leadership
Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
Experience in commercial aftermarket aviation services strongly preferred
Operational and supply chain acumen
Negotiation skills
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
