Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Senior Deputy Program Manager (Level K) to lead our Landing Gear this role the focus will be on the overall business and Profit/Loss (P&L) responsibility for Boeings Landing Gear Exchange service offerings. The selected candidate will drive operational financial improvements employee engagement customer satisfaction and future growth strategy in Plano TX.

Position Responsibilities

  • Business and P&L leader for the Landing Gear Program: exchange lease and sales

  • Lead the Integrated Product Team (IPT) that includes direct reports and team members across Sales Marketing Finance Operations Contracts and Supplier Management

  • Responsible for overall program: customer satisfaction profitability program execution supplier performance and growth

  • Accountable to Business Unit leadership engage regularly with key functional executive leadership.

  • Responsible for selective growth and driving profitability for the Landing Gear portfolio of services.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

  • 5 years experience in a role requiring project / program management skills

  • 3 years experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal leadership role

  • 3 years experience P&L (Profit & Loss) leadership

  • Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

  • Experience in commercial aftermarket aviation services strongly preferred

  • Operational and supply chain acumen

  • Negotiation skills

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
