Responsibilities:- Processes collects and distributes incoming and outgoing packages mail and daily work between departments and School locations as directed.
- Collect and distribute school supplies and/or equipment between departments and school locations as directed.
- Responsible for the daily operation of a company vehicle including safe operation in inclement weather.
- Responsible for transporting company vehicle to scheduled maintenance appointments and the immediate communication of any maintenance requirements.
- Conduct routine safety checks under direction of Business Manager.
- Willing to perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:- High school diploma or GED
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to meet established deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift push pull up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record (DMV record check is required)
- Willing to drive in varying weather conditions
- Adheres to all district policies
- Must submit to CORI DCF and CHRI fingerprint background check
Terms of Employment:- Reports to: Director of Facilities and Transportation
- Rate: Non-instructional rate in accordance with the Paraprofessional contract found here
