About the Role:

Join West-Hill Carstar as a Front Desk Associate at our Collision Center in Hillside IL! This exciting role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy providing exceptional customer service while managing daily front desk operations.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers as they arrive at the Collision Center.
Manage incoming phone calls and schedule appointments efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Process payments and handle cash transactions with precision.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
Provide customers with updates on their vehicle status and repair progress.
Ensure the front desk area is organized and welcoming at all times.
Assist in marketing efforts and promote additional services to customers.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service or a front desk role preferred.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends if necessary.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour
