Job Summary
Yellowstone Clubs Golf Operations department is currently seeking candidates for a Golf Activities Coordinator for the Summer 2026 season.
The purpose of the Golf Activities Coordinator is to work with the golf professionals making sure members requests are being met. The Golf Activities Coordinator will work closely with the Professional Golf Staff & the Golf Operations Management Team. The Activities Coordinator will make sure that all of the areas of the clubhouse are member-presentable. Oversight includes but is not limited to General Administration as assigned by the Director of Golf. Specific Responsibilities include but are not limited to ensuring outstanding customer service in all facets of the clubhouse emails assisting with annual golf tournaments and special events assisting with Golf Shop retail and maintenance assisting with the usage and scheduling of the Golf Simulator Event Registration Lesson Bookings Tee Time Scheduling and More
Essential Job Duties:
- Assign daily locker space to Members and guests
- Answer Member and guest inquiries related to golf ops & clubhouse
- Greet arriving and departing Members and guests
- Provide the highest level of customer service to Members
- Keep inventory of lockers handle and organize locker room activity
- Clean out lockers of dust and other debris when not in use
- Assist Locker Room in cleaning shoes for members
- Restock amenities across the golf clubhouse
- Assist with Outside Service Attendants when advised
- Assist with annual golf tournaments and special events held at the golf course
- Assist the Golf Shop Retail Supervisor with Golf Shop retail and maintenance
- Assist will request for tee times and reservations Event Registration Lesson Bookings Tee times Golf Simulator ETC.
Position Requirements:
- Previous Golf Industry Experiences
- Knowledge of the Top Tier Golf Operations
- Understanding of World Class Customer Service
- Former Customer Service Employment
- Desire to Learn and Grow Every Day
- Valid State Drivers License
- Basic Understanding of Jonas POS Tournament Software
- Basic Understanding of Microsoft Office Especially Excel & Word
