Role Overview
We are looking for a Director of CRM Strategy to define and lead the strategic direction of our CRM. This role will drive workflow optimization automation and AI adoption to accelerate revenue growth and scale operations efficiently. The Director will ensure CRM processes are standardized streamlined and future-ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the CRM strategy and roadmap ensuring alignment with RevOps and overall business objectives.
- Lead workflow cleanup standardization and governance across teams.
- Design and implement automation that enhances lead management onboarding and client retention.
- Champion the adoption of AI tools and AI agents within CRM processes.
- Partner with Sales CSM and Operations to enable seamless cross-functional workflows.
- Provide training documentation and best practices to drive CRM adoption.
- Define and monitor key metrics for workflow efficiency adoption and ROI.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in CRM and AI to maintain our competitive edge.

- Proven experience in Hubspot CRM strategy and operations.
- Strong expertise in workflow design automation and adoption.
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools for CRM optimization.
