Mission and Responsibilities
- Analysis of Chamber of commerce power of attorney and other legal documentation of the companies;
- Support the activities mainly related to the onboarding and credit granting process including;
- Check documentation completeness and accuracy review for credit / services requests before KYC and Credit and after submission of documentation by the commercial back-office;
- Manage /guarantees/deposits (extra conditions requested during the credit granting process) and guarantors data and controls;
- Ensuring data quality management in systems especially monthly integrity gaps between NOLS / GCRMS;
- Manage payment (IBAN) registration and modification (4eye principle);
- Manage various related tasks related to contract changes or customers requests;
- Ensure unacceptable customers and ensure they cant subscribe new products/services until KYC is fully updated for soft exit strategy
Internal relationships
- Collaborates with other Risk Managers within the Risk and Compliance Department for overarching risk topics;
- Collaborates with other department leads from Commerce Finance Procurement Remarketing Customer Service IT etc.;
