Job Description

Step into an exciting Property Management Assistant role where youll be the operational heartbeat of a thriving rental business. Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all tenant communications and relationship management
  • Coordinate property access arrangements between tenants service providers and contractors
  • Manage contract distribution and tenant documentation processes
  • Process tenant issue reports and coordinate swift resolution of property concerns
  • Arrange and oversee property repairs maintenance and improvement projects
  • Handle rent collection follow-ups and payment coordination
  • Perform essential bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate financial records
  • Manage property listings and updates across multiple platforms
  • Maintain comprehensive property records using advanced management software
  • Handle professional email communications and administrative coordination


Requirements
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in property management real estate administration or similar customer-focused role
  • Strong proficiency with Excel and spreadsheet management for data analysis and reporting
  • Experience with property management software systems (Artur experience highly preferred)
  • Excellent written communication skills with Gmail and professional email management
  • Basic bookkeeping and data entry capabilities with attention to detail
  • Availability to work UK business hours (10 AM - 6 PM London time)
  • Monday through Friday commitment for consistent tenant support
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to handle tenant and property challenges
  • Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Interest in the property rental industry and tenant relationship management
