Gamma Mobility is seeking an HRBP Performance & Learning who will be responsible for driving employee performance and development across Gamma Mobility. The role ensures that performance management and learning initiatives are aligned with business goals operational excellence and our culture of continuous growth.
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Gamma Mobilitys performance management framework.
Support managers in setting KPIs and OKRs aligned with company objectives.
Coordinate monthly and annual performance review cycles.
Track and follow up on performance data and appraisal progress across teams.
Review and analyse performance trends to identify top and bottom performers.
Place bottom performers on Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) track outcomes and make recommendations.
Design implement and manage Gamma Mobilitys Learning & Development framework (GammaVarsity).
Design and implement employee training plans based on performance data and skill gaps.
Identify training needs during new hires 90-day onboarding and coordinate relevant learning programs.
Organize internal and external learning sessions workshops and development events.
Maintain a learning calendar and track participation and completion rates.
Coordinate onboarding training and continuous learning programs for new hires.
Own and manage career pathing and succession planning frameworks to ensure business continuity and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
Measure training effectiveness and ROI linking outcomes to performance improvement.
Provide periodic performance and learning insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field (Masters degree or HR certification is an added advantage).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance management and learning & development.
Proven ability to design and execute performance and learning programs.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and recommend actionable insights.
Excellent communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with the SeamlessHR performance management system.
