About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Tech Lead - Frontend (Angular) to join our this role you will lead frontend development efforts ensuring high-quality performant and maintainable code. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams conduct code reviews mentor developers and drive best practices in front-end development. Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the frontend development team ensuring code quality performance and best practices.

* Design and develop scalable maintainable and reusable UI components using Angular HTML CSS and TypeScript.

* Conduct thorough code reviews ensuring adherence to coding standards and optimization techniques.

* Maintain a strong focus on performance optimization and accessibility.

* Write and maintain unit tests and end-to-end tests to ensure application stability.

* Collaborate with designers backend developers and product managers in design discussions and requirement gathering.

* Provide technical mentorship and guidance to the team.

* Stay updated with the latest trends in frontend development and implement improvements accordingly.

* Work closely with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployments and monitor frontend application health.

* Troubleshoot and resolve complex UI issues and performance bottlenecks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* 6 years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on Angular (latest versions).

* Proficiency in HTML CSS SCSS JavaScript and TypeScript.

* Experience with state management libraries (NgRx Akita etc.).

* Strong understanding of performance optimization techniques for frontend applications.

* Expertise in writing unit tests (Jasmine Karma) and end-to-end tests (Cypress Protractor etc.).

* Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend with backend services.

* Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines Git and version control best practices.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Strong communication skills with the ability to lead discussions and mentor developers.
