What Youll Do

Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based positions supporting federal state and local government projects.
Source and engage professionals in areas such as engineering IT project management inspection and operations.
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and major job boards (LinkedIn Indeed Dice CareerBuilder etc.) to identify top talent.
Screen candidates for eligibility clearance and compliance with contract requirements.
Coordinate with hiring managers and project teams to understand role needs and timelines.
Ensure recruitment practices align with EEO OFCCP and federal contracting standards.
Build and maintain pipelines of cleared and qualified candidates for current and future projects.
