Jr. DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a enthusiastic and passionate Jr DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in DevOps working on cutting-edge tools and technologies to streamline development deployment and infrastructure management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Learning & Implementation:

• Gain hands-on experience in implementing DevOps principles and practices.
• Work under senior team members to understand workflows and processes.

Version Control & Collaboration:

• Use tools like Git and GitLab for code versioning and collaboration.

Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD):

• Assist in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and AWS CodeBuild.

Containerization & Orchestration:

• Learn and work with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

Cloud Services:

• Gain experience working with AWS services such as EC2 S3 IAM and VPC.

Configuration Management & Infrastructure as Code (IaC):

• Assist in managing configurations using Ansible and deploying infrastructure with Terraform.

Monitoring & Reporting:

• Use tools like CloudWatch and Nagios to monitor system health and performance.

Collaboration Tools:

• Work with teams to manage tasks and projects using JIRA.

Basic Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Certifications: Completed a certification course in DevOps.
• Technical Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of operating systems (Linux Ubuntu Windows).
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as Shell Python or JavaScript.
  • Basic understanding of CI/CD containerization and cloud computing concepts.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication eagerness to learn and strong problem-solving abilities.
