Job Summary

  • Review and publish warranty policy and relevant documentation to the Dealer network.
  • Manage all the UK Dealer Network warranty claims through the OMODA warranty approval system.
  • Perform warranty audits (virtual and on-site) when required.
  • Validation and application of technical bulletins and campaigns into the UK market.
  • Ensure compliance with the British consumer and privacy laws.
  • Liaise with local authorities to ensure warranty processes and procedures are complying with the standards of the UK motor industry.
  • Responsible to write and deliver (if required) warranty related training courses to the Dealer network.
  • Liaise with the Technical Support team ensuring one-voice value is promoted within the department.
  • Manage goodwill applications through the Dealer network and liaise with the management team to review and validate requests.
  • Monitor and report relevant KPIs to warranty function (claims trends supplier recovery)
  • Develop the OMODA warranty approval system along with rest of the Aftersales team ensuring key functionalities and reporting mechanisms are available.
  • Other relevant tasks of the Aftersales Department.


Requirements

  • Experienced in managing warranty operations including analysis of data and reporting.
  • Ability to influence and engage at all levels to maximise Aftersales share of voice.
  • Excellent communication organisation and interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficient in English listening speaking reading and writing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Full and clean driving license.



Required Skills:

Education: Bachelors degree or higher in marketing automotive engineering economics or business management. Professional Experience: Over 7 years of relevant experience in OEMs and the communication industry. Proven ability to establish and maintain strong media relationships. Open-minded with a start-up mindset. Excellent communication coordination planning and execution skills. Strong ability to handle pressure; proactive and innovative. Language Requirement: High level of proficiency in English
