Job Summary:

We are looking for a Solution Architect who will be responsible for design and delivery of scalable secure efficient technology solutions across complex enterprise environments.

Work closely with business leaders and technical teams to align solutions with strategic objectives ensuring architecture consistency operational efficiency and long-term maintainability.

Key Responsibilities:

Architecture Design and own end-to-end solution architectures for client-facing and internal platforms.

Define architecture patterns technology stacks and integration strategies aligned with enterprise standards.

Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions using modern cloud-native AIML and integration platforms.

Strategic Planning Delivery Lead architecture planning technical discovery and due diligence for large-scale transformation programs.

Develop architecture roadmaps blueprints phased implementation plans.

Build cross-functional teams through architecture re-views POCs and solution validation.

AI Automation Enablement Architect and drive the implementation of GenAI-powered solutions including Copilots LLM-based automation and AI-enhanced workflows.

Enable intelligent automation use cases across cybersecurity finance and tax domains using RAG vector databases and LLMs.

Collaborate with data AI and platform teams to ensure responsible and secure AI adoption.

Stakeholder Engagement Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders on technology strategy and solution options.

Communicate complex technical solutions in business terms to executives and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

10 years of experience in solution architecture and technical leadership roles.

Proven experience designing solutions across cloud platforms (Azure preferred) integration layers and SaaS ecosystems.

Hands-on experience withgone technologies (OpenAI Azure OpenAI LLMs RAG)

Workflow automation and orchestration (ServiceNow Power Auto-mate)

Data platforms (Databricks SQL Server)

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) DevOps and agile methodologies.

Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in consulting or profession-al services environments. Experience leading architecture practices or centres of excellence.

Certifications in Azure TOGAF or solution architecture frameworks are a plus.
